In terms of material selection, Baowei guide wheels feature a composite structure made of MC nylon, polyurethane (PU), and stainless steel. The wheels incorporate an MC nylon wheel body and a dual-bearing design, offering wear resistance three times greater than that of conventional plastic wheels and capable of withstanding a dynamic load of 500 kg. For humid environments such as food processing and poultry slaughtering, the newly introduced 304 stainless steel guide wheels have passed IP65 protection rating certification, effectively preventing corrosion and bacterial growth. Additionally, the polyurethane-coated wheels utilize molecular chain crosslinking technology to maintain stable elasticity within a temperature range of -30°C to 80°C, thereby addressing the industry’s longstanding challenge of traditional rubber wheels being prone to aging and cracking.
